Every startups has its woes and it’s fairly typical for startups to go into crisis mode. A crisis can be both a moment of danger but also of opportunity to turn things around and excel. Most startups fail not because of a powerful competitor that had stepped in and then blew the small startup to smithereens. Actually many fail or falter because of a poorly managed crisis resulting out of bad communication and co-founder disputes. There are many more reasons why startups fail.
